This special menu, curated by the executive chef of Shiseido Parlour, will be available on JAL flights from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.JAL and Shiseido Parlour previously collaborated on a special menu for Hawaii routes from September 2016 to August 2018, which received high praise from many passengers. This new collaboration will feature six exclusive menu items, including Shiseido Parlour’s traditional beef stew, shrimp doria, and grilled chicken with chasseur sauce.
